Kyiv Business-group announces competition for the position of corporate lawyer.
Job description:
- legal support of all Group’s activity;
- organization of inner legal document circulation;
- legal auditing of all Group’s enterprises;
- legal support of all international activity of the Group’s enterprises;
- control over paperwork processing and records;
- control over work and cooperation of legal departments of the Holding.
Requirements:
- Male
Experience:
- 5 years at international-level company as the Head of Legal Department;
- fluent English.
Competence:
- successful practice in the field of civil, economic and corporate right;
- knowledge of international legal standards and regulations;
- experience of cooperation with the higher authorities;
- experience of international legal activity;
- experience of cooperation with nonresident-banks.
Salary: from $6000.
